Thomas wrote: “Within the past year I have been working on various projects in Moorhead, MN including house surveys along the Red River, soil excavation and oversight on a former gas station site, and soil boring work, but the main project was demolition of a former power plant. I am doing the environmental monitoring and site supervisor for our company during the abatement, removal of chemicals and other materials, demolition, and soil excavation throughout the site. The project will be wrapping up hopefully in May or June of this year. On top of this project my company has merged with Braun Intertec, a premier engineering and environmental consulting and testing firm,out of Bloomington, MN. I am excited for this opportunity to continue my career with Braun Intertec and work on other projects when I come back home permanently.”
