Looking for adventure, two Gusties got a surprise as well as they traveled to Cuba this past January 2016. They were assigned as roommates shortly before the trip and didn’t discover their Gustie connection until unpacking the very first night. They are even sorority sisters in Alpha Phi Rho. Karen Noren Talle ’62 hails from Denver, Colorado and Lori Larson ’78 resides in Puyallup, Washington.
