Sarah Volz, D.O., graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine (WVSOM) with the Degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine May 29, 2010.
Dr. Volz plans to enter the Pediatrics program at Good Samaritan Hospital in West Islip, N.Y.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Gustavus Adolphus College in Saint Peter, Minn., in 2004. While at WVSOM, she was a member of Sigma Sigma Phi.
Volz is the daughter of James Volz of Phoenix, Ariz., and Marilyn Volz of Anchorage, Alaska. She is the granddaughter of Melvin and Pauline Johnson of Garretson, S.D.
