Leaving the world of insurance in 2001, I obtained an associate degree in landscape design, construction and horticulture, did some practical field work and then started CHW Landscape/Design in 2004. After working 30 years in finance for large corporations, running a service business has been a challenge and introduced me to a whole new world of clients and business contacts, and spring finds me frantic as usual.
I treasure the Gustavus friendships I’ve kept, and those renewed via reunions or happenstance, and welcome the occasional note or phone call out of the blue. Stan and I hope to see many classmates again at this fall’s reunion!
