John Wernz ’96, executive vice president and chief marketing officer at Minnesota-based Wealth Enhancement Group, has been named a recipient of the national 2012 40 Under 40 award from “Direct Marketing News.” This honor places Wernz among an influential and accomplished group of young leaders who have already left an indelible mark within their organizations and on the marketing industry as a whole.

With more than 15 years of experience, Wernz has an extensive background in direct marketing leadership with both an agency and client-side background. Prior to joining Wealth Enhancement Group in 2009, Wernz lead client acquisition and consulting for one of the fastest growing agencies in the country.
