Chelsea Kramer ’10 recently accepted a position as the Academic Advisor for the High School Upward Bound program at Minneapolis Community and Technical College. High School Upward Bound is a college-access and academic support program. Upward Bound serves high school students from low-income backgrounds who aim to be among the first generation in their families to successfully complete a post-secondary degree.
