Congratulations and good luck. Earth sciences studies and education are greatly needed right now. What could be more important than understanding the planet on which we live, especially at this time of global climate change, and the challenges we face regarding our resources and how we use them, and our refuse and how we dispose of it. World population continues to grow, unevenly of course, creating greater strain on our ecosystem, and it is encouraging to know new recruits are joining the fight to preserve and maintain our habitat. Thanks again. I wish you a challenging and lengthy career!
