Thomas Skold ’81

Tom Skold ’81 was featured this season on Iowa Public Television’s program Iowa Ingredient. The show featured two recipes with Iowa hazelnuts, a fennel slaw and a saffron risotto. The episode aired first in May, but may be seen online. Tom lives in Decorah, Iowa and is executive chef of Restauration Restaurant in The Hotel Winneshiek.
