Dan Murray ’86

Dan Murray ’86 attended the Swedish Embassy’s annual Kräftskiva (aka Crayfish Celebration) in Washington DC on September 17th. Crayfish have been a delicacy in Sweden since the 16th century, but crayfish harvesting was restricted in the early 20th century for the first 7 months of each year. So each year, the Swedish tradition of Kräftskiva commences with lots of song, crayfish and aquavit. Dan is seen here with Swedish Ambassador Björn Lyrvall.
