Julia Tjornhom Velasquez ’82 writes, for the last seven years, I’ve led the mitigation of construction risk for the Minneapolis commercial office of First American Title Insurance Company. During four of those years, I also attended William Mitchell College of Law, graduated in May of 2014, and obtained my license to practice law in October.
