Charlotte Nielsen Gunnnufson, Cedar Rapids, IA, is a children’s author whose second book, Prince and Pirate, was recently released by Penguin. It’s the tale of two little fish with whale-size personalities and has netted positive reviews, including a starred review from Kirkus, for outlandish humor and themes of acceptance and sharing. Tour stops include Montreal, Seattle, Printers Row Lit Fest in Chicago, and the American Library in Paris. At the Great Gustie Gathering in 2016, the author hosted a children’s event featuring her first book, Halloween Hustle.
