Alison Penner Rahn ’99 is a president at Minneapolis Angels. This organization exists to provide wraparound care and relational support to children and youth in the foster care system, along with their foster parents and foster families. They provide tangible items via their Love Box Program, and youth mentorship via their Dare to Dream program.
