Dan Homstad ’90

Dan Homstad ’90 has joined the law firm of Kassius Benson Law. P.A., Minneapolis, MN. Dan has entered the private criminal defense bar after 15 years in the public defender’s office and 8 in the prosecutor’s office. Dan represents clients charged with serious felony and misdemeanor crimes, DWI and Implied Consent matters, and juvenile court delinquency and child protection matters. Dan is also a published novelist, a baseball enthusiast, a Civil War buff, an avid gardener and landscaper, and is in training to join the ranks of the National Ski Patrol.
