Recently retired, Stephen Otto ’66 is now a world traveler with experience in over 55 countries as a Minister and Volunteer at UCC. In addition to spending time with his grandkids, Otto is a facilitator for Community Circles of Support for recently released felons in the community. Before retiring, Otto was an educator of 40 years, earning his M.A. from the University of Minnesota, Ed.S. in school administration, teaching K- University level students in Spanish, Special Education, and School Administration.
