Join Gustavus Women in Leadership for a luncheon on Friday, Feb. 10 titled “Up Your EQ: Developing Interpersonal Skills in Leaders.” Speakers Deb Neuger ’79, an organizational psychologist, and Denise Connly Fleming ’81, a consultant with TouchPoint, will provide a rationale for the importance of emotional intelligence in business, personal, and volunteer settings, as well as strategies to increase your own EQ and support growth of emotional intelligence in your teams.
