The Gustavus Diversity Center, the student-led Diversity Leadership Council, and the Office of Alumni Relations are excited to unite current students with Gustie alumni from near and far at the BSO/PASO Reunion on campus on May 18. We hope to share the way we celebrate the culmination of the social justice initiatives and programs that have taken place throughout the years. You will have a chance to hear from our keynote speaker, The Honorable Tanya M. Bransford ’80, a Fourth Judicial District Judge for Hennepin County, Minnesota. There will be lunch with Bruce ’61 and Sue Gray, time to meet with Gustavus Diversity Center employees and current students, and a walking tour of campus. The day ends with the Diversity Awards Banquet. Diversity Awards Banquet is a semi-formal evening which will honor outstanding current Gusties, staff and faculty, and a student organization that have contributed significantly to the advancement of cultural understanding and inclusion during their time at Gustavus.
Please register by May 8 at gustavus.edu/forms/bso-paso-reunion. Cost is $25 for the day (including lunch), $50 for the day and evening (including lunch and dinner). For more information, contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 800-487-8437 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
