The June Gustie Breakfasts will feature Bruce Gray ’61, former dean of students and associate in the Office of Advancement and author of Black and Bold: A History of African-American Students at Gustavus Adolphus College. Bruce, and his wife Sue, recently received the Greater Gustavus Award, which goes to those “who by deed, have notably advanced and aided Gustavus Adolphus College.” At the breakfast, Bruce will share about his time at Gustavus, and his time post-Gustavus writing and researching his new book.
