    Amy Hughes ’12 (left) graduated this December from University of Minnesota Duluth’s Master of Environmental Education program. Becky (Crosbie) Meyer ’96, of the UM Extension, served as a committee member for her graduate thesis research on educational communities’ beliefs toward students’ cold weather, outdoor play opportunities in Northeast Minnesota.

    Laura Dummer ’10 received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois Champaign/Urbana in May 2015. She is now in practice with All Pets Clinic in Columbia Heights, MN.

    John R Nord ’72 started Adler Graduate School in Feb ’15 to earn a MA in Marriage, and Family Therapy. He married Sally Beck on July 11, 2015.

    Ashley Gibbs married Ian Paul on July 31, 2015. Ashley teaches kindergarten at Plymouth Creek Elementary, having received an M.A. in Education from Saint Mary’s University in April 2015.

    Laura Russell ’11 completed her program requirements at Saint Mary’s University in August and now has a Master of Arts degree in Counseling & Psychological Services. She is beginning the two-year process of becoming a licensed mental health professional. In June, she started working at Fraser as an Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) Mental Health Practitioner.
