Heidi Brodmarkle-Brun ’89 and husband Erik Brun, celebrate one year as a family with their children Alexandr (Sasha) Brun 9, Christina Brun 8, and Tatiana (Tanya) Brun 7 at the Russian Folk Festival at the Hillwood estate in Washington D.C. this month. The proud parents first met the children on the 17th of December 2008 in eastern Ukraine. The family is currently posted to Washington D.C. serving with the Army National Guard. The children attend Thomson Elementary in Chinatown and love soccer and dance.
