Bradford Gran ’89 is a Physical Education Teacher at Lionsgate Academy in Minnetonka, MN. Lionsgate Academy is a public charter school open to students of all abilities in grades 7 through 12, and also offers a transition program for students ages 18-21. Lionsgate’s program is inclusively designed to address the unique learning needs of students living on the autism spectrum as well as students with other learning differences. This summer Bradford had the opportunity to teach physical education at an English language immersion camp in Beijing, China. His team taught a modified STEAM curriculum for 3 weeks to grades 3-10. While there, he not only taught our discipline/specialty, but also had the opportunity to tour historic sites with our students. Most memorable were The Great Wall and The Forbidden City.
