I earned my doctorate in curriculum & instruction in 2015, and have utilized this for some part time post-secondary teaching opportunities. My wife Angie works on staff at a nearby elementary school kitchen. I am fortunate to see my two daughters, Eva and Anna, every day at work as they attend the same high school I work at. Their interests are as varied as my own, and I am convinced that Gustavus fostered that in me. I hope that one day they too will experience the liberal arts education granted by such a fine institution. Last November at the State Cross-country Meet I reconnected with with several former Gusty teammates, reminding me how important that time was for me in shaping who I am today. Go Gusties!”
